Belveal Construction Services is an energy star builder. We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines. These homes are better for the environment and better for you.

There are measures that BCS takes when creating an energy star home. One way is using energy star qualified products. Another way is attention to the types of isulation, windows, building tight construction and ducts, efficient heating and cooling. It creates lower ownership costs and better performance without sacrificing function, style and comfort. It is a smart investment. What a better way to give back to the environment!
