We met with a couple builders prior but chose you (Belveal Construction) because of the personalized attention and genuine commitment we received from the very first meeting with you. We are happy to report, several months later, that we are not disappointed… the personal touch and level of service was consistent throughout every step of the process, from reserving the lot, to finalizing the blueprints, pre-construction, to the finishing touches and completion.
You and your team at Belveal Construction made us feel like our investment was a top priority with you. You returned phone calls and text messages promptly, drove to meet us for various design appointments, accommodated work schedules with meetings during off-hours and weekends, and researched EVERY inquiry we made with regards to vendors, pricing, upgrade options, and timelines.
We can honestly say that the custom home building process (which most people believe to be a nightmare) was truly an all around great experience with Belveal Construction. You are trustworthy, straight forward and were a pleasure to work with!

In addition to the great service, you turned out a quality home. You built us a green-certified/energy efficient home. Our ENERGY STAR home is substantially more energy efficient than homes built to minimum code requirements. The end result is we now have a wonderful house that was designed to meet our personal needs, is better for the environment, and has enough personalized style to feel like “our” home!
